A small startup founded by four friends

Atık Cepte started when four friends asked a simple question: “Why is recycling such a hassle?” Most of the glass, plastic and paper piling up in our homes ended up in the trash, simply because taking it to a collection point felt like too much effort.

Our answer was to pick it up right from people's doors. To do that, we built a resident app, a driver app and a panel that manages it all. Without waiting for a big company or an investor, we set up our own small startup and got to work.

Today the four of us handle everything together, from software and design to field planning and user support. We're a small team, which means we make decisions quickly, hear feedback first-hand and improve the system a little more every day.

Our goal is simple: make recycling as easy as a few taps for residents, and fully manageable from start to finish for municipalities and collection companies.
